CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
At RDD, each piece of jewellery is meticulously handcrafted to order, ensuring it is uniquely tailored to your preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our pieces, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We take great care in crafting your jewellery to the highest standards, and we are committed to delivering a product that you will cherish for years to come.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Good things take time. Our stones are individually handpicked, and each ring is hand crafted in Australia or Europe.
Please allow 4 weeks for production and an additional 2–4 business days for domestic shipping. Some pieces may be finished sooner, and you’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way.
SHIPPING?
We proudly offer complementary, insured and express shipping within Australia.
We also offer International shipping for a $100 fee. Please note that import duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

DO YOU HAVE WARRANTY?
We offer a 1 year warranty which covers all manufacturing faults. This does not include wear or tear, broken chains, chipped stones etc. As we are a small business, our customer satisfaction is of high importance, so please reach out if there is any issues with your piece and we will do everything we can to resolve it.
Please note any work done on our pieces by another jeweller will void your warranty.
